As part of your yearly monitoring, you will be asked to attend an Asthma Review where you will be asked about your Asthma symptoms. We collect this information so that we are able to ascertain how well managed your Asthma is and if there’s any changes required to your Asthma regimentation.
If your asthma is well controlled and you feel you do not need any clinical input or have any questions to ask one of our clinicians, you can fill in the Asthma Review Webform located to the right handside of this text, whereby a clinician will review your information and move on your Asthma Review date if appropriate.
