The appointment requesting function will be available 6pm to 11:59pm Monday to Friday. Requests for prescriptions, sick notes and all other queries will be available Monday to Sunday 24/7 for your convenience.
If you wish to request an appointment within 2 weeks, please revisit the page again when the Medical Request function is open or alternatively, you can ring the practice after 10:30am if you do not require a same day appointment.
We respond within working hours, 8am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday, and we aim to respond as soon as possible.

Staff training dates
Once a month the Practice is closed for an afternoon of training, this is called a QUEST session. These are important opportunities for staff training and are fully supported by the CCG. Training is for all staff members and covers clinical and non-clinical topics. On a QUEST day all the practice buildings will close at 13:00 and the telephones will be switched over to the out-of-hours providers Derbyshire Health United.
The QUEST dates for 2024 are as follows:

Bank holiday closures
Our practices will be closed on the following dates unless otherwise stated. Any prebooked routine appointments scheduled to happen during these times as part of our Enhanced Access will go ahead as planned.
January 1st – New Year Bank Holiday
March 29th – Good Friday
April 1st – Easter Monday
May 6th – May Day
May 27th – Late May Bank Holiday
August 26th – August Bank Holiday
December 25th – Christmas Day
December 26th – Boxing Day
