I started working at the surgery as a receptionist in 2000 back when the surgery was known as Avondale. 3 years later I undertook an NVQ level 2 and 3 in care and became a HCA for Avondale.

Since then I’ve done a lot more training to expand my knowledge as a HCA including; ear irrigation, annual reviews, spirometry’s and many other things.
