We are pleased to introduce AccuRx to our suite of online services to help those who wish to access us digitally. Through AccuRx you’ll be able to submit appointment requests (for symptoms that do not require a same day appointment), request repeat prescriptions and sick notes, submit queries for our administrative team and more. AccuRx will be live from tomorrow (Wednesday 13th December, 2023).
For patients of our Chesterfield and Clay Cross surgeries, the appointment requesting function will be available Monday-Friday 6PM-11:59PM.Requests for prescriptions, sick notes and all other queries will be available Monday-Sunday 24/7 for your convenience.
AccuRx will be replacing some of the forms on our website and the FamilyHealth+ app. Why are we doing this? AccuRx talks directly with our clinical system, linking your request directly to your patient record, making it easier and faster for our administrative team to process your requests more efficiently. Please note, the FamilyHealth+ app will no longer be active from Wednesday 13th December, 2023
The best part about AccuRx is that you don’t need an account to use it, you can use it for yourself or on behalf of another patient registered to our surgery.
