Survey: tell us how we can keep you well informed

Speech bubbles with images of a thumbs-up, a newspaper, a ringing bell, a warning sign and a star
Royal Primary Care patients are being encouraged to take part in a communications survey which aims to find out more about how RPC patients want to receive information about their local GP surgery.
We’d love to learn about how you like to receive communications, what you need to know (and what you don’t) and how we can do better to give you the right information you need, at the right time, ultimately helping you have a better care experience.
If you are registered to an RPC practice and have consented to receiving SMS communications, you will receive a text message with a link to the survey in the coming days.
Please note that this is not a patient satisfaction survey regarding medical services. The aim of this survey is to gather data on how patients like to be informed about their local GP service. Please only take part if you are aged 18 or above.
